I will guide teens, youth, and young adults to see the kitchen as a place of culture, identity, and healing. Through food history, global flavors, and mindful cooking, I help build self-sufficiency and cook with awareness—nourishing their health, mind, body, and soul. My work is rooted in tradition, resilience, and the belief that food is memory, medicine, and power. By connecting cultural identity with practical kitchen skills, my programs encouraged people to embrace their heritage, nourish their bodies, and develop lifelong habits that support holistic wellness—mentally, physically, and emotionally.


In-Home Classes 2.5 to 3hrs (Washoe and Lyon County, NV)
My signature teachings combine knife skills, kitchen safety, proper kitchen operations, cooking methods, and foundational culinary techniques while navigating a global cuisine of choice from its history down to plate artistry and execution. All this in the walls of your own kitchen or facilities. This offer suits homeschoolers, clubs, groups, and community classes. Online Virtual Classes and Demos are also available.
